Office Manager

Kimberly is a native of Philadelphia, PA. In March of 2010, she relocated with her family to western North Carolina. Prior to staying at home to raise her son, Kimberly worked in the investment industry for more than 20 years. Most recently, she worked with Morgan Stanley and Wachovia in the South Florida area.  Kimberly was both an Operations Manager and Compliance Officer.  As compliance is an ongoing responsibility of Kim's, she serves as a liaison between HWM and LPL Financial to ensure compliance in all respects.

As the Office Manager, Kimberly enjoys interacting with clients. Her role includes managing the firm's online account viewing platforms, client statements and special requests. She makes sure that when clients visit the office, they feel right at home. She also handles the firm's social media presence and schedules educational speaking engagements in the community. Most of all, Kim enjoys being a client's first point of contact because it helps her truly appreciate how Helms Wealth Management impacts their lives and families (often with multi-generational needs). She enjoys adding value and keeping in touch with clients whenever possible. Kimberly believes in the power of real relationships as the best way of doing business, and values her role at an independent firm because of the ability to provide authenticity beyond the "traditional" financial services industry stereotypes. 

In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with family, exploring Asheville and the surrounding area, practicing yoga, and health and wellness.
